During a recent thunderstorm here in Abingdon, we experienced leaking upstairs for the first time. Even though it was late on a Monday night, my wife was able to speak to the owner, Brenden, on the phone. He was helpful, kind and understanding. He sent Tony over to assess the roof and take photos. They determined it was the chimney causing the leak so he wrapped it that night with an emergency tarp, which stopped the leak until the chimney can be repaired. Excellent customer service!
