Craig and his team are an absolute DREAM to work with! I’ve worked with Craig on a smaller project before and my clients were very pleased. After stumbling upon a waterproofing issue that required a lot of attention and guidance, Craig showed up and exceeded expectations, getting the job done for a reasonable price in record time! Not to mention how thorough he is with explaining and providing options! Craig is responsive and patient. I would recommend anyone to trust him and his team with their waterproofing and remediation needs!

Craig is responsive, helpful, and and professional, and his efforts have kept our basement dry for 14 years. Our system continues to work, and when we needed a battery back up or had other questions, he always took the time to explain, check things out, or do the work to keep the system in check. The peace of mind that comes from having a water remediation system in place, particularly during the extreme weather is significant.

Craig was truly phenomenal. He came out to my house on a day when he wasn’t even taking service calls, which alone says a lot. From the start, he was honest and refreshingly skeptical — he didn’t think my flooding issue was actually related to waterproofing, and instead of trying to upsell me on unnecessary work, he took the time to investigate further. Because of his thoroughness, he discovered a busted pipe under my neighbor’s deck, and we were able to stop the flooding in both homes. Craig is knowledgeable, ethical, and genuinely cares about doing the right thing for his customers.
