On Wednesday 12/21 I called to ask about pricing for hemming my pants, after holding for several minutes my call was disconnected or hung up on. I called back with the exact same problem. I drove to the store and there were 2 young ladies working and no customers in the store. I asked about having my pants hemmed up and was told that the tailor was out for 2 weeks and the wait would be about a week after that to be finished. This was not the first time I tried to call this location with no one answer my call. So far so good on cleaning my clothes. This is the closest location near my house, which really isn't that close. They do have an alterations person there but I don't have her hours when she is there. You would ask someone who works there.
