No one has ever done this excellent with my hair before, and I have been missing out, but not anymore!! I had the most amazing shampoo, I can’t remember her name but she made me feel like I was at the spa! (my hair is so long I had one lady on each side being ever so lovely with my knots). And I truly appreciate the time and care that was taken on me and my hair, and the explanation of how she did what she did so I could recreate it. This is my third visit, the first visit was great, the second visit caused me distress for months growing my hair out from a bad cut and this third visit was a little better. I wanted to come and give a better rating. Now, I have a four type hair, I have been to this salon three times and this third time I have went it seems like I was charged for my hair type. I was told because the “amount of hair” which is far from the truth because the first two times I went to the salon I had significantly more hair that was longer and was not charged. Wow! Nina gave me the change I NEEDED. My hair was down to my hip, thin, flat, and had no life but NINA brought my hair back to life! Giving me voluminous layers and beautiful body. I love it so much I feel like a new person and I haven’t even styled it yet
