I highly recommend Eastern Locs & Shears! J was very attentive and made me feel heard and understood. His knowledge and foresight was a breath of fresh air, and his technique was efficient and timely. He was extremely detail oriented and took a very general idea that i had for a style and made it fantastic. I look forward to using his services again. If you have locs you need him in your life!! Will absolutely be back!
