I hired Sheldon & Sons on a recommendation to fix up and paint my 1978 rancher to put on the market to sell and move with my daughter and her family in FL. Over the course of 40+ years, there were lots of paint changes, tons of pictures (now tons of nail holes) and just general repair, etc that needed to be remedied- especially in the office with dark satin paint and removal of lots of shelves and pictures. Really nice work on two jobs, one interior the other exterior. The only reason for not giving a five star rating is the need for patience; weather plus amount of work orders pushed the exterior work to 2 months after the initial estimate. Nancy was very nice, and she worked hard to ensure I was taken care of. The crews were efficient, and they were very gracious to answer my questions and respond to concerns. Overall, a very good experience.
Sheldon and Sons just completed some drywall repair and paint work at our house and it looks absolutely fantastic. The entire process from estimate to project completion was smooth and everyone we interacted with was fantastic.
