DO NOT BUY FROM GROUPON
I bought a Brazilian wax coupon from Groupon. I tried to reach a staff member for a entire week. I left multiple e-mails, and No one ever called me back. I decided to drive to their office and no one was there. I ended up getting a refund from Groupon and booking with a different company. DO NOT WASTE YOUR time with this place. They have awful customer service, so I can only imagine how the actual service would be!
Purchased a spa treatment for my wife for her birthday off Groupon and I have been calling for awhile and no one answers the phone and the door is locked! This is definitely unprofessional in all aspects of the situation
Got a Brazilian wax done at this location using a Groupon today. Called and left a message. Got a call the next day to schedule. Location is easy to find. Space was clean and well organized. Sheila was amazing! She talked me through the entire process, gave me time to recoup, was very thorough and nurturing AND gave me cold water after to recover ?. I will definitely be back as this was a great experience.
