I recently had several small rugs, runner and twp medium size rugs cleaner. 7-8 in all. One was silk. I was Very pleased with that professionalism of the gentleman that picked up that rugs, gave me an estimate and returned the rugs. Not necessarily in the order. I think it took about two weeks. I was in no rush. I have cleaned these rugs in the past and I could clearly see the difference in the method of cleaning that Rug Kare uses. Prices were competitive. I called to thank the owner the same day I received the rugs back. I will definitely utilize the service again. Don't hesitate.

We called Rug Kare to clean our 8' diameter oriental rug. They picked it up, hand cleaned it & did some minor repairs we asked for. Wow, the rug looked brand new when they brought it back.
