My laptop suddenly and unexpectedly crashed and I was concerned about taking it to the right spot for repair. My preference is to use small, local businesses. After speaking with the folks at Roa Tech, I had the confidence that they would do a good, solid job.I am happy to report that everything went well, and my laptop was back up and running quickly and on budget. If I need more tech services, I will definitely continue to use Roa Tech.

It was my 2nd time building a PC and I had no clue what its issue was. Roatech figured out that I didn't put on enough thermal paste, never even crossed my mind. I was on the verge of replacing random parts, thank you guys!

I waited way to long to have my computer looked at. Roa Tech quickly diagnosed the problem and got it back to me in a couple of days. I am extremely happy with their work. I would recommend them to anyone.
