Greg Kinnear helped us when we were in urgent need to sell our townhouse. He acted immediately and had everything set up quickly. We received an offer while the house was still in “coming soon”status. Greg helped us secure the offer and kept us informed of every step. During the home inspection, some issues were found and the buyer requested repairs within a very short time frame. Greg checked the house multiple times to verify the problems and arranged for contractors to take care of everything quickly. The buyers found a remaining problem on the day before the settlement.
