Steve D'Ambrisi has been an absolutely excellent seller's agent for us. The sale took nearly six months, and because of collapsing market conditions, was very stressful. But at every twist and turn in the process, Steve listened to us, offered several excellent options, supported us when we chose a new direction, and then worked hard to make those choices happen. He kept prospective buyers coming every week the house was on the market, contacting agent after agent until more than 120 people had seen the house. He was very candid and straightforward with us about the several unreasonable offers we received. And then, when we finally got a suitable offer, he did everything he could to support and guide us in negotiations with the buyer.
