Malik has been awesome from day 1. I met him for my 1st massage at the Owings Mills location and once that location closed, continued to go to him at the Ellicott City (EC) location. He provides a genuine level of understanding and care like no other. Very attentive to you requests for pressure level and considerate your time. Going to him now for about 6+ yrs and will continue to. I really enjoy the receptionists at this location too. I scheduled a massage with Kenya on Mother’s Day. I recently lost my mom, and just wanted to relax on that day. Upon entering the location, the receptionist was cheerful and nice. I sat in the tranquility room I believe, awaiting my turn. While I waited there was a massage therapist who walked by and didnt address me after I said hello, which left a bad taste in my mouth. Kenya appeared almost immediately and was so sweet and comforting I almost forgot about the previous interaction. My massage went well, relaxing with the perfect amount of pressure. I appreciate Kenya and her calm demeanor and had a wonderful massage. I will certainly be back to see her
