I’ve been “rewilding” my yard since late winter. I drive 1 hr to this nursery because it is simply the best selection around. I’ve covered my yard in natives from here from dormancy through peak summer heat, and all have rooted and grown- even the ones that looked pretty rough in their pots. That’s a testament to the natives this place provides.
The native plant selection is outstanding and the layout of the garden center is beautiful. I had no trouble finding plants to add to my garden and I thought the self-serve plant plugs was a really cool idea. I got more milkweed varieties, some spotted Joe Pye weed, and beautiful bee balm!
They had every native perennial that I was looking for and the staff was extremely helpful.
