My wife loves this place! I usually tag along and get a pedicure cuz when you where military boots 90% of the time you need as a man. But the customer service is amazing! You can tell they really care about their customers. Honestly it looked like the customers were family!

I went in for a manicure and pedicure today with Sam. He did an amazing job and took so much time to make sure every nail was perfect and I was comfortable. While I was there, staff and customers were laughing and sharing stories. It was one of the happiest salons I’ve ever been to. I was pulled into conversations and laughter with everyone. It was a beautiful experience.

I started coming to Koi Nails after trying two other highly rated salons in Ellicott City. At both salons, my gel/powder dip and acrylic nails broke or chipped within four days after application. The atmosphere at Koi nails isn't as luxurious or relaxing, and the decor isn't as stylish, but I get exactly what I want which is consistency and a beautiful set of nails that last for a fair price.

I see Tina for my acrylic nails. She's a perfectionist who also listens and advises. I've had to wait past my appointment time on occasion, but this is most likely due to her not rushing through her clients' services. She always checks multiple times to make sure I'm happy...read full review
