I can’t say enough good things about my acupuncturist and this practice. I originally came in last year after throwing my back out just stepping off the beach—within a week of treatment, I was dramatically better. That alone would’ve sold me, but I haven’t stopped going since.

What’s been even more impressive is how much they’ve helped me beyond that initial injury. From seasonal allergies to anxiety to recurring chest congestion and other health concerns, they’ve supported me through so many different issues—and in a way that feels thoughtful, personalized, and truly holistic.

I started seeing Deidre after dealing with lower back pain for over a year. I didn’t expect an immediate fix, given how long I had been in pain, but I did feel relief along with a deep sense of relaxation that reached all the way into my muscles. I honestly hadn’t realized how much tension I was holding until I experienced that level of relaxation.
Over time, Deidre has helped improve my mobility and significantly reduce the pain. I can’t recommend her enough, she listens and makes you feel comfortable. The sessions are deeply relaxing and never feel rushed. The space is calm and welcoming and I always leave feeling better than when I arrived.
