I brought in a few pieces of an iron fence that I wanted welded together and without notice, I showed up to the office…Charles greeted me and he had Marshall handle the fix and Marshall did a great job! Thanks Marshall for the quality workmanship and quick turnaround! I would recommend this place for big or small jobs.
We highly recommend Eddy’s Welding for steel fabrication and installation. Recently we removed a few walls in our 1950’s home and needed a steel support beam and four adjustable columns. We got discouraged after receiving outrageous pricing from several companies that seemed uninterested in the project. After speaking with Charles Williams at Eddy’s, we were hopeful that our project would be back on track. Charles was very upfront and honest with us from the very beginning and he provided us with fair advice and the most competitive pricing by far. We worked closely with Charles over the course of the project and he was always available when we had questions or changes to our order. He was very patient as this happened almost every other day. Even though our job was a small one for Eddy’s, Charles checked in often and was very attentive to our needs. The installers were incredibly efficient and detailed oriented. They installed our posts and our 18ft 1,000lb beam in under 2 hours! I can’t speak highly enough about Charles and Eddy’s Welding!! Five Stars! Thanks for all the help and expertise. Five Stars! i am fairly critical and rarely post but this shop was so good I had to comment! 1. High quality work - welds, fit, finish, follow up 2. Responsive - answer phone, quote quickly, follow up promptly, communicate issues if they arise. 3. Professional - they listen to you and address all aspects up front, clearly and in a positive, constructive manner. 4. Courteous - Pleasant voice and positive demeanor, - shop and office personnel. Helpful. 5. Honest about time frame and fair on pricing.
