We have been going to cookie cutters in Ellicott city for about 3 years now. We see Ms patty every time. She is so good with my autistic son that he used to scream and squirm and now when we go he stays still and doesn’t mind getting his haircut by her now. She is patient, she is kind, and best of all, her hair cutting skills are. 10/10! Highly recommend!!!!!

Hands down the best kids haircut place I have encountered in Maryland. Miss Keke is the BEST hairdresser! She’s so pleasant to be around. She also has a lot of patience and keeps telling the kid what she will be doing next. I HIGHLY recommend this place and, the best kids hairdresser ever, Keke!
We had a great experience while we were there and my daughter loved being able to sit in a car and watch paw patrol! She carried her balloon for the rest of the day after. Unfortunately when we got home I realized how uneven her hair is and now I have to take her somewhere else to get it fixed.
