Detailed and prompt service, performed by very friendly and knowledgeable techs. The owner was super helpful with getting things scheduled and priced, and the work performed was amazing (carpets looked brand new after they finished!). Great experience from start to finish, and we have no hesitation at all in recommending them!

ChemDry of Ellicott City recently cleaned our carpeting on 2 sets of stairs, our basement carpeting and our first floor family room upholstered furniture. This was our first time using this company and from start to finish, everything was top notch. The owner, Ron, was very helpful with prompt scheduling and thoroughly explained the costs. Dylan was the tech that performed our services and he explained each step and was extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Thank you both for a job well done!

Great service! We have multiple cats and these guys are the team we rely on to make our rooms livable after cats pee on the couch. We've used them multiple times and they always deliver good service
