Hello everyone, Jason arrived on time with a pleasant attitude. He greeted myself and my husband very warmly. Jason listened, explained and eased our concerns. After having another plumbing company come out the day before and not be able to help us , Jason came in with his experience , snaked and cleaned out our main drain in a timely manner, leaving us completely satisfied. First Class Mechanical is always first rate! I had an oil burner problem that left us without heat or hot water. TJ came out on time, diagnosed the problem and had it up and running perfectly. He was polite, professional, and kept me informed. Thanks TJ and First Class Mechanical for providing great service at a fair price!
My experience with First Class Mechanical was excellent. I called in the morning for my heat and they came that morning. Luke was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Spent several hours fixing my furnace. Two young men were here about a week or so before on a plumbing problem and were very complete, knowledgeable and pleasant.
I would certainly have them back again for any problem.
