Michelle has impeccable customer service skills. There was a situation that needed to be taken care of in the bathroom, and it was taken care of right away, she is a amazing. The entire staff is great, I recommend everyone to be seen at this location.

Dr. Kincaid is always so helpful and personable. When I had an issue with the dome coming off the hearing aid, she gladly fit me in her schedule to quickly solve the problem. I can always count on her!
