My mouth is AGAPE at how bad the service is. I tried to order my daughter a wrist corsage for prom on wednesday for friday and paid $40 for just the small arrangement. I called to ask them if it was possible to use a different flower color (purple on the website) but they stated that "the lady is off on friday so I dont know why the website accepted your order" then said that the flowers didn't come in to even make the corsage so they were going to cancel my order. They were unwilling to use any other flower combination or work with me to satisfy the order and would only refund my order. The problem is, with prom season, now I have to rush order from another place and *I was the one that reached out to them*. Terrible service.

I posted this review to their website; but obviously Agape has chosen not to publish it. I was under the impression that ALL customer reviews were automatically posted. I called last Friday, March 1 at 2:00 p.m. and spoke with a gentleman regarding ordering a gift basket to be delivered the following Monday for a friend's birthday. He said there would be no problem with a March 4 delivery. I immediately placed my order on line and was sent a receipt stating the March 4 delivery date. Keep in mind, my friend lives less than five miles away from Agape. On Tuesday, March 5 at 8:34 a.m. the basket was delivered. I was stunned and extremely disappointed! Birthdays mean a lot to people and I feel that hers was somewhat ruined. I have yet to receive an apology or any response whatsoever from them. In what world in this 100% satisfaction guaranteed? Their words not mine.

On March 1 at 2:00 p.m., I ordered a gift basket to be delivered for a friend's March 4 birthday. Before I ordered the item on line, I called to confirm that there would be no problems with delivery. Agape told me it was fine.The e-mail receipt they sent clearly stated a March 4 delivery. Keep in mind, my friend's address is less than five miles from Agape. It was delivered 8:34 a.m. on March 5.
