A Second Look

I am Mrs.Chong Won Kwak and today is July 25,2021. My Korean husband, Steve Kyongho Kwak has been going to the Second Look hair cutting salon Ellicott City, Maryland since around 2012. The Korean females cut his hair the way he asks, but when we took our two sons, they do not cut the style we ask. So, my two sons only go there if they need their haircut and cannot go anywhere else. But the Korean females give courteous service and manners.

I have been going to Ms. Young since I have been a kid and she is the only person who cuts my hair the way I like it - not to mention the haircut price is half of what other places charge. The only downside is that they only accept cash payment/tips but you can go to the atm at the 711 across the street.

Had my hair cut at so many different Korean hair salons and this is the one I’ve been going to for years now. The price to looks ratio is insanely value. Stopped by and they were wearing face shields! Hands sanitized often.
