I am very disappointed with this dry cleaner. I usually take my clothes to Zips, but I wanted to try a non-commercial establishment to help small business owners. Big mistake! Not only was it astronomically more expensive than Zips, the service was horrible! Way to make a first impression! If you want to support small businesses, be sure to OMIT this one! I will not be returning. I will be sure to let all of my customers, colleagues, friends, and family know my horrible experience as well.

Very dissatisfied! We have been loyal customers for years. We stuck with this cleaners after the passing of her husband, even though the the quality diminished with just the wife. When things reopened after Covid, we returned. She raised the prices to a ridiculous price. Charged 25.00 to dry clean a plain white dress with no embellishments or stains. If I need to have it cleaned again, I’d do better to buy a brand new one at that price. The week before, I took a gown there with a stain. She said she couldn’t get it out, but charged me 35.00.
