I received a text that said my glasses were in and they were open till 7:00. Got there at 6:45 and the lights were off. Poor customer service. The rest of the experience was good. Just bad evening planning.

Had some issues with my original prescription and they helped me sort out the best solution for my vision problem and work needs. Mrs. Deanna was a great help and went the extra mile during the busy holiday season to get the issue fixed before finishing her day. Great customer service!

Very good service, friendly and helpful. The doctor is nice. No hasslesand the prices are not bad. But the glasses themselves leave a little to be desired. They are heavy and not as clear as they could be in certain areas. Although the center is good about doing adjustments on the frame for you.
