Professional, Punctual, PoliteBrian was highly recommended by a friend.He is Professional - his conversation assures you of his knowledge and work ethic. He had to order the part, but gave us a date and time that he would return with the part. He let us know if there were to be a delay that he would contact us. The day he was to install the part, he texted me when he was 20 minutes out. They arrived and installed the ice maker. We now have a LOCAL repair service for all of our appliances.
