My knees became super painful a couple of months ago - no good reason except maybe age and loss of strength I suppose. On top of that, I was struggling with plantar fasciitis. LeeAnn changed my life a few years ago by helping me understand how to care for my back pain and tingling symptoms. She kept me from needing surgery! So of course I came back for help when my knees “quit working”. Today I just graduated from 20 sessions of knee therapy and I can tell you that the staff here is hands down the best! I’ve always loved LeeAnn for her vast knowledge of how the body works and for her lovely way of human connection, but her staff is hand picked by her and it shows. Every therapist I’ve worked with has been incredibly knowledgeable and they all genuinely cared about my progress. I am back to walking dogs and going up and down steps without pain. If you are local to Elkton, MD, I highly recommend LeeAnn Nelson Physical Therapy for your rehab and PT needs 💗
