I cannot begin to express how caring, thorough, and compassionate the entire team at Hicks Home for Funerals was for our family during our time of loss. Kristen took us step by step through the process, though mournful and heart-breaking, with professionalism, kindness, and meticulous attention to detail. She was incredibly flexible and accommodating to my loved one's request to have her hairdresser attend to her after her passing.
The grieving process was eased tremendously by the team at Hicks Home for Funerals. I will be forever indebted to them for everything that they did for our family.
Hicks funeral home made a very hard time for our family go easier and smoother when we had to bury our son. We were in shock and numb and they walked us through everything with care and were there for us every time we had a question.

And today, when a lot of businesses and a lot of people say a lot of things and don't mean it, that in itself provides a comfort.Don, Kristen and the entire staff there work as a team. They are professional, caring and understanding. They listen to what you want and what you don't want. They explain the details and the options that are available.I highly recommend them because they did all of the above for my family and I when we were in need of their services.
