Overall, Elk Forge Inn offers a charming and relaxing experience filled with beauty, history, and a touch of sophistication.
Great location- set back away from other places but not far off the interstate. Very convenient for us with our dogs to have the “Strasberg Room” as it was easy access to the outdoors and quietly away from other guests so our dogs felt very comfortable. The Inn is super quaint with a lot of historic charm. We were in and out just passing through so we didn’t get to enjoy the breakfast or spa, but it was perfect for us and we will be making that our stop each time we travel the East coast! It was a GREAT find!!

Great time. I enjoyed the trails and the sunny patio. I even deadlifted the old-school strongman equipment, watches birds, and sat in the library.
Next time I'll book a room with a tub and the spa treatments for the complete experience. It was a great escape from the city.
