I thought that I had a septic leak and Charles Moon checked it out. they could see that there was previous water damage, but nothing as of now. they offered recommendations, but thankfully it was not an actual leak. they came on time and were very thorough in their examination.
The technician called and said he could arrive early which was a plus. when he arrived the first thing he did was put on booties then studied at the problem. My tale of 2023 and the day the county came through performing maintenance on the sewers. Now to be known as the December floods of 23. Charles Moon wasn’t my first call. Paid 817.00 and still had the problem. Just as I was about to pull the trigger on 20 some odd grand. The Christmas stars lined up and I met Evan. When someone with experience shows up it becomes immediately apparent. Kept it out of my home and not only repaired and restored but made it as it should have been. Every promise kept beyond expectation, including the lawn. Can not thank the crew enough for the professionalism and care. They really know what they were doing start to finish.
