More of a shout out to Jonathan than the company. We had an issue with a plant that most likely had nothing to do with Bay County. Jonathan took ownership of the problem anyway and he personally installed a new plant for us. He stepped up and made a happy client in us. Thank you.
Initially, I was not impressed with their work. I contacted them, and they offered me additional services to remedy the issue. Afterwards, I was very pleased with their professionalism, responsiveness, and work. 5 stars.
