The crew arrived early for the appointment. They prepped the basement and placed tarps and plastic to protect our furniture and other items in the work area. The 3 man crew completed the entire job in one day. Very neat and thorough. They cleaned up the area when finished The Forman walked the job with me and answered all my questions. They were very professional and I would highly recommend Quality First for your water management project.
I wanted to take a moment and thank Quality First Basement System for the excellent work they did on repairing the years of water damage to my mother‘s basement. Unfortunately, due to water leaking into her basement and the damage it caused it was no longer a safe place for my 86-year-old mother to enter. When Quality First Basement came into look at the project, they explained exactly what would be done (I.e., demolition, replacing the sump pump, sealing the wall, etc.). I am very happy with my egress window installation!! It looks fantastic & lets much light into my basement.
My crew was Del, Alex & Luis. They are the best!!! I was introduced to everyone the day of install. They were very professional, let me know everything that was happening, asked if I had any questions & thoroughly answered any questions I did have. They did a great job cleaning up too!
I’m glad I got to meet everyone, including Jesse and Jorge, who came out for a site visit prior to installation. Everyone was courteous, professional, & patient.
I highly recommend Quality 1st Basement Systems.
