I wish I could rate the company and our installer separately. Crew leader, Giovanni, deserves a 5 star review- top quality work despite a communication error that left him working alone.On the second day of the project, Giovanni, even redid work that their project manager completed on the previous day because it wasn’t completed to his standard. I cannot speak highly enough of Giovanni.
Not super impressed with the disconnect between sales person and their project manager.

USA insulation did excellent job. They very prompt on time. They were professional and explained to me the job and show me end result work with pictures. I would recommend to all my friend and family. Thank you again for job well done.

We had 46 years of 2 layers of insulation removed, first the loose was sucked out then the rolled taken out in bags. Our attic was sanitized and leaks sealed then R60 blown back in. It was a huge job that took 2 days. The workers were polite and explained everything they were doing along the way even to the last part of vacuuming up any mess after they rolled up their drop cloths! I had a few questions before the job was started and the estimator and office staff got right back to me. I can’t wait to see our electric bills go down. Thank you!
