Extremely POOR support as mentioned by others. Good luck getting any! If you have troubles make an appointment and they will call you days later. If I had known about it I would have never purchased my system for m them for thousands of $$$. The only company that does this and I've been washing cars for over 26 years... REALLY!!!

We have two of their wash select 2s This company makes it almost impossible to get technical support. Good Luck you if your having a problem you have to E-mail them then they will set up an appointment to help you. Can you Imagine a busy weekend and no one to help you.

We have their equipment (portals)in our car wash and have issues and they want to rebuild everything instead of send us new parts under warranty. We have to pay the shipping and be without a part till they get it rebuilt and sent back. Not how warranty should work. We're promised bonus time in our meter boxes but they couldn't get it to work right and now they will not talk to us about it when we email them. They just ignore it. Unhappy customer to say the least
