The best shop Ive been to in years, I was turned away by Hair Cuttery in Columbia and called Hair Haven last minute in desperate need of help. LaSonia graciously agreed to see me same day which was a blessing. She literally stayed after hours and was such a kind spirit while i cried at the reveal of my hair which was previously severely damaged broken matted and then some from an incident that occurred! She treated my hair to soften it, explained each step along the way, cut the damaged pieces, colored the hair and gave me twists! From 7:45 to 12 midnight she was so working overtime. Lasonia was very professional. I was charged a deposit as well, but it was applied to my service with her. I understand the deposit fee and I paid it right away. She is very knowledgeable about natural hair care. I really like my hairstyle and will return soon. Thank you for your knowledge and the quality of services you provide.
