We visited on a Sunday evening. I made an appointment online 30 minutes prior to going. It was a super smooth and easy appointment/check in process. We were seen rather quickly and in and out under 45 minutes. (For an ear infection) they were sure to send our prescription to a 24hr pharmacy given the time of day. Highly recommended! Plus they have very colorful wall art that our son loved!

The nurses and doctors were excellent — attentive, professional, and compassionate. They truly made my visit a positive experience.

The reason I’m rating this visit a 3 is due to my interaction with the front desk staff. As this was my first time at this urgent care, I expected a welcoming and helpful registration process. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. The front desk staff member was not particularly welcoming and did not assist me directly with registration; instead, another staff member helped me while she guided them through the process. The interaction felt strained, and she appeared frustrated.

I had a great visit here with my 2 yr old yesterday. He’s been sick all week and got much worse overnight spiking a high fever with some changes to his breathing and I was worried he was developing pneumonia. The dr took my concerns seriously, did a breathing treatment in office and rechecked him before discharging us with a great action plan. He’s still running a fever but feeling a little better this morning
