Thank you for your response, but I feel the need to clarify my experience.

The issue was not just the wait time it was the overall lack of professionalism. Waiting 3–4 hours, even during tax season, is unacceptable, especially when appointments are being scheduled. There were individuals, including me and my brother, who were there for hours without being properly attended to.

Additionally, the condition of the office was concerning. Having dogs inside a professional workplace, especially with visible feces on the floor, is extremely unsanitary and not appropriate for a tax office environment.

I do not recommend going to this place because I did my taxes with her last year and She put false information saying that i had a company and now the IRS sent me a letter saying that I have to pay 3,600 so I went to her and she said that she didn’t put that . So please ready everything before you sign because I didn’t know she put false information!!!!!

I would not recommend coming here!!! The IRS contacted me saying I owe over $1000 when I reviewed my taxes I noticed she put false information which explains why the IRS is contacting me. I went in to just get the letter read to me like I don’t understand what it’s saying or what’s going on. She acts like we don’t realize she put false information in. As a business how do you claim something on somebody taxes when they give no proof or receipts…. It’s just a way for people to get more many back and for her to charge $400.
