Her communication skills are top tier! She takes ownership from start to finish and keeps us updated throughout the entire process. I had the pleasure of meeting Anna Imedachvile this year and she is AWESOME! Anna is attentive and exceptionally responsive in creating work tickets and getting techs onsite for service repairs as soon as possible, and just to check in and see how you're doing. And even when she cannot get work assigned immediately, you don't have to follow-up with her and you can rest assured Anna is on top of everything. I have even had issues that were not initiated by Anna, but, who jumped in a solved several problems for me ASAP! Anna is the epitome of Customer Services!! I would recommend anyone to contact Anna Imedachvile and Kolb Electric! Thanks Anna!!!
