“I am beyond happy with Shannon's Pretty Paws. I called to find out what I needed to do to have our Blue Heeler's nails trimmed. I explained that my dog does not like to have his paws touched and being herding dog he could nip as a response. I further stated that he had to be medicated all the time in the past. She was very kind, listened and told me to bring him without meds to see how he does without. We took Rocky over, she introduced herself and they clicked. In short order he was done. No Meds!! This is a big deal. He has been medicated every time for 6 years to have his nails trimmed. I am unable to do it myself and fearful due to his all black nails.

I am truly thankful for your kindness and care for our loyal friend. I will return in the future and I will be recommending Shannon's Pretty Paws.“

“I love Katie! My Bentley loves her too. I love watching his tail wag heading to get groomed. He's a F1B Mini Golden Doodle. Certain areas can get tangled on him so we try to keep him in a schedule but they always do a remarkable job. He leaves looking cute and smelling fresh every time.“

“I've taken my mini bernedoodle to Pets Hotel several times, including overnights and doggy playtime, and they've all been great experiences. You can tell that the ladies that run the place love pets and are very passionate about the care that they provide. And my dog loves going there too...she gets so excited every time that we walk in there.

I've also taken my dog to a Pets Hotel down in Northern Virginia when visiting family, and while the experience there was fine as well, the staff at that location didn't quite exude that same level of passion & care as the ladies that work at the Bel Air location.“
