I cannot say enough good things about this team. They have always been there for us no matter what the issue. We lost our attic air conditioner 4 years ago during the hottest time of the year. I called 4 HVAC in the area and got the same story...either too booked to come out right away or too much money to replace the unit. HGH came out the next day, did the major job of taking out the old broken unit and putting a new one in for a third of what the others were going to charge. Today we had a smart thermostat that shut the air off and we had no control over the temperature. With temps of 95 degrees, it wasn't a pleasant experience. We called HGH and they said their best guy Chris would be out today to fix or replace the thermostat. He came, he looked at the thermostat and knew exactly what it was. The furnace had a shut off valve that stopped the Smart Thermostat from communicating. He had it resolved within 5 minutes and we are now comfortable in a nicely cooled home, feeling so appreciative that they are always there for us. I highly recommend this knowledgeable, experienced, professional team to do any HVAC work in your home or business.
