I had another company come out and tell me I needed to replace the entire system, Andrew from Water Check came out and was very honest with me. My original quote was $7,000 and he was able to get it fully functional for under $3,000.
We just had Watercheck out initially for just the monthly softener salt delivery, but we also asked them for a "second opinion" regarding our pressure tank. Andrew and Dylan (sp?) came out on both occasions and confirmed that the tank was on its way out and recommended replacement. We decided to stick with Watercheck for the tank replacement as well as a pre-filter install.
Pricing was reasonable, Andrew and Dylan were very professional and friendly, and everything is working great.
We had a wonderful experience from start to finish for our well pump replacement, as well as a prior service appointment. We were able to schedule a same day appointment for our pump. Water Check called us back promptly and kept us updated on arrival time as well as job progress. We will absolutely continue to use this company for our well water system! Highly recommend.
