My wife and I desperately needed a new Patio for our back yard this summer and with a referral, we reached out to Trec Roofing & Remodeling! Justin came out to our house almost immediately and went over all the different styles, colors, patterns, and lighting they had to offer. He was very personable and professional and answered all of the questions we had. He even drew up a sketch on site and came ready to offer his advice and guidance on the entire process. Within a couple weeks the material was delivered to the blue and the Team started working on the Patio! Walter and his team were very nice and showed up early to get the job done. We did have a couple hiccups along the way, but the Team was able to quickly resolve them and we now have the Patio we always wanted! Justin was our sales representative and point of contact throughout this project. He was super helpful with his input on design and what looks good and doesn't based on his experience. There wasn't a time where any of our questions were unanswered and we felt confident moving forward with TREC. When we were waiting for the permit to be finished, Kelly gave us a weekly call to update us on where we were in the process. She was very customer friendly and available any time we had questions! Once we received the materials at our property, Walter and the crew were super professional and you could tell they had a lot of experience in what they were doing. Justin also frequently visited during thebbuilding process as well. They made sure they stayed within the deadline of having the project completed. We absolutely love our patio! We've gotten nothing but compliments about it and our neighbors are now calling TREC to see about getting their patio done too. We highly recommend you to work with Justin and his team!!
TREC did an amazing job on our patio and landing. Our sales guy Andrew was very knowledgeable and patient with us as we designed our patio. He listened to what we wanted and worked with our budget. Kelly worked with us and our HOA to ensure the paperwork process was smooth. I was kept informed about material delivery and project status.
