I sadly have to agree with the other recent reviews that this office, while used to be great, it has gone down hill. I had an appointment a month ago, and got a call an hour prior telling me they were having maintenance issues and would have to reschedule me. I had my rescheduled appointment for today, and again 2 hours before my appointment just received a call stating due to a maintenance issue, they would have to reschedule. I told them i was moving at the end of the month so i didn’t have much flexibility to reschedule and they just hung up, no apology, no effort to attempt to reschedule me at all.

Awful experience, wouldn't recommend. Somehow I had 3-4 cavities a year when I went to this dentist, yet miraculously haven't had a single cavity since I changed dentists 5 years ago.I'm still frustrated with the service provided here, years later, whenever I see the scratches on the surface of my teeth from poor Invisalign application, or when my teeth are irritated by fillings that have spilled over into the crevices between two teeth.Do yourself a favor, go to another dentist.

This place has really gone DOWN HILL! All the good dentists have gone into private practice and the front desk staff is confused and rude. They constantly cancel appointments at the last minute and it is terrible trying to get themon the phone!
