“On July 2, 2024, I had a very disheartening lash experience at the Annapolis location. However, Johnny, the Operations Manager, contacted me immediately to address the situation. He shared my surprise about the service I received and was determined to make things right. Johnny to say the least is amazing and genuinely cares about the business and its clients.

After a consultation with Carissa at the Crofton location, I felt comfortable, understood, and at ease. She assured me that we would get this right without causing any additional damage to my natural lashes. Carissa was phenomenal and incredibly gentle to the touch.

Although my first experience was extremely disappointing, I understand that everyone has bad days. Johnny and Carissa turned my initial experience around and made it much better. Visiting from DC and got a dip manicure and regular pedicure with Ty…she was absolutely meticulous, took such care to make it look perfect, and I had the least “bulky” looking dip manicure I’ve ever had. I usually don’t do dip often for that reason, but if I could go to her every time, I’d drop gel and never look back. The pedicure chairs were also really new and comfortable. Definitely recommend and try to book Ty!“

But sometimes you just want something quick and relaxing chairs, without committing to a full spa day. This is one of those places. It’s cute and peaceful, just without all the extra fluff or high price tag.
I'd definitely be back when back in Bailtmore. I would have to say it was better and more thorough than what my friend receive around the corner the service so off I decided not to have mines done. The salon is located in an area where you can find things to do before your appointment and or after your appointment-- there is also a lot of parking so you won't have an anxiety attack trying to do so before your appointment.
