We interviewed a number of contractors to remodel our kitchen. Most demonstrated a complete lack of design creativity and seemed to be interested--if we could get them interested at all--in just bringing in new cabinets and flooring..."and calling it a day!" Dear friends of ours recommended that we interview Creative Spaces Remodeling, because John Johnson and his team had wowed them with their design ideas and they had contracted with them. I had never heard of Creative Spaces Remodeling and of course knew nothing of their design and construction skillset. I do know, however, that our friends are at least as particular as we are, and if they had contracted with Creative Spaces Remodeling, we should at least interview them before making a decision on next steps. From our initial meeting with the Creative Spaces Remodeling team, we were impressed with their "outside the box" design ideas, and before long we, too, had contracted with them. The project took longer than we anticipated, but was usually something beyond the control of Creative Spaces Remodeling (e.g., delays in getting cabinetry and appliances, our inability to make a decision on a countertop, tile and cabinet hardware, etc.). In the end, the Creative Spaces Remodeling team delivered a stunning result! We have a remodeled kitchen (and dining room, too!) that we are proud of.
