Given that this 2021 Carrier 25HCE4 heat pump was found to be more than 50% low on refrigerant (3 lbs added on a 5.3 lb system), I would like to move forward with a definitive leak diagnosis rather than waiting to see if performance declines again.
Since the unit is under the 10-year Carrier parts warranty, I would like the leak source identified and documented clearly to support any necessary warranty claim.
For the next visit, I am requesting:

Bethany Air has provided fast, reliable, & fantastic service to us over the years. Pricing is always reasonable. When my furnce went out 3 days before my hip surgery, Kevin came right out to check it. He provided a lot of information & was honest about my choices. He, Alan, and a couple other guys came out the next day to install a new one & I was able to come home to a nice warm house following my surgery. Can't recommend them enough. Jacob conducted my semi-annual inspection of my home hvac unit. He was on time, dressed professional, had tool bag, wore blue boot covers, did diagnostics tests inside and outside unit, took pictures, and answered my questions. He is very professional and knowledgeable of the trade.
