We have used Bay Stoves for chimney cleaning and other services and have always been exceptionally happy...so it was a no-brainer where to turn when we decided to upgrade our aging fireplace insert with an efficient, pellet stove insert (Enviro - M55C). Everybody we have worked with has been prompt, responsive and very professional. I was particularly struck by the care and attention to detail that was given. Our old insert had to be surgically removed. The Bay Stoves team showed great concern to ensure there was no damage done to our home as they extracted the old cast iron...not an easy task. Bay Stoves was used by the owners prior to my purchase of the house, so we decided to give them a shot.Cathy who works in the office took my call and was amazing. She is very knowledgeable and gets to understand your needs on a personal level.We had a couple other companies come out prior who tried to upsell us on everything and even told us we shouldn't be using the fireplace.After meeting with the techs (who actually respected your house and protected their working area) they laid everything out, shared their concerns and assured us everything passed and we could use the fireplace. From picking out the fireplace to installation, Bay Stoves’ team was outstanding. The workmanship was very professional. The installers were quite knowledgeable and courteous. You can’t go wrong with this business. I highly recommend it to my family and friends.
