B.O.G. Pest Control provides excellent service, with technicians who are patient and knowledgeable. The staff is kind and helpful, paying excellent attention to detail. Technicians are professional, clean, and arrive on time. They are thorough, checking homes for signs of pests and promptly taking action to resolve problems. Clients are confident in the company's reputation, recommending it to others.
James was great. We had a serious Bee problem as 150 to 200 a day were getting into the basement of the house. (that was for 4 days straight till they got there) He arrived on time, let me know the steps he would be taking and got to work. After treating the 2 cracks that they were entering in from, the next day not 1 has had been seen in the room.
Matt was very professional, clean, and knowledgeable. He showed up on time and was very thorough checking my home for signs of pests and setting the traps. I’m very happy with my experience.
Christopher listened to my concerns and avoided turtle pen and fish ponds and paid particular attention to a place in our yard my Mom works in that was infested with ticks this year...she is highly allergic to the tick bite. We have been able to sit out by our pool and enjoy our yard. We are all flower beds, no grass, and he was awesome as always!!!!!!
