We started with 3 leaks in our basement, THP was excellent in how they managed the situation. They came out quickly to assess the damage and gave us a very reasonable quote considering the amount of work they were going to do. After getting the walls fully exposed, they found a total of 9 spots to seal in the foundation! They initially only had spots available to do all of the work over the course of 4 days, but we'd have to wait for about 2 months before they'd be able to get the work done. I had a complicated foundation leak that did not have an easy solution from the inside of the basement, which another foundation repair company inappropriately offered as a solution.However, a very knowledgeable, professional from THP was immensely helpful with excellent suggestions and solutions. Now, I'm looking forward to future rain events rather than mopping up a wet basement floor.

Excellent work, excellent customer service! We ran into a few unexpected "glitches" during the crawl space encapsulation and Total Home Performance saw that all was taken care of in a timely manner with no extra charge. As a local Realtor, THP has always been one of my recommendations to clients and, now that I have had first hand experience with them, I will surely continue to keep them on my list of vendor recommendations.
