Richard and his staff are professional and experienced. Richard was patient and understanding with our situation. We transitioned to Graves and Assc. after our previous long term tax service was unable to complete our new business status forms. We were in a difficult time frame to file, and Richard promptly took our portfolio and resolved our issue. The team is knowledgeable and responsive. We have been with Richard for 3 years and have had excellent service and support. They are capable of processing difficult tax situations and reports.
