They did a great job on my water heater install and came out the same day. I called them. Work past regular hours just to get the job done. Definitely recommend and will use again. I had an old gas-fired water heater start leaking on a weekend. Irwin was the first to return my call. He arrived on Sunday, assessed the problem and how to install the new unit. He offered a fixed price to remove and install the new unit. When delivered, the unit was damaged inside an undamaged shipping box. He promptly returned it and came back with another and installed it The quality of his work was superior to the one he was presented with. He completed the installation around 6 pm on a Sunday. And left the site as clean as it has been. He's a quality professional. I will use him again.

My sump pump stopped working with all of the rain we’ve been having. This was causing water to come into my basement. Hayes plumbing gave me great same day service and replaced old pump. They were very responsive on phone (Theresa) and got me scheduled in just a few hours. It is such a relief to have things working again. What great customer service from all. The happy ending to this story is that I’ve now found a dependable plumber that I know I can rely on in the future if necessary. I highly recommend this company.
